A typical TEE training includes:
- What is TEE?
- Elements of TEE: personal study, weekly group discussion, practical life application
- TEE methodology – role of leader as facilitator (not lecturer); regular (usually weekly) small group discussion and application; interactive format
- “Taster lessons” where participants experience the TEE methodology first-hand
- The educational approach of TEE materials – simple (not simplistic), sequential, repetitive, with Scripture memorisation
